Kenyon Recovers Two Domain Names on Behalf of Client SAP

New York, August 26, 2013 – New York, August 26, 2013 – On behalf of client SAP, Kenyon & Kenyon LLP successfully recovered sapcertified.com and sapcertified.info, two disputed domain names in a Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) success. The administrative panel, as designated by the World Intellectual Property Organization, found that the two domain names in question were being used in bad faith by the Respondent, whose true identity was obscured by a privacy shield. The panel also noted that the Respondent had used the domain names for the purpose of deriving revenue, a further indication of bad faith, and ordered the domain names transferred to SAP.
