Luminent to try to buck trend, Daily Deal

The Philadelphia-based company Luminent Mortgage Capital Inc., which filed for Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland in Baltimore, appears poised to restructure through the help of senior lender Arco Capital Corp. and several of its other creditor constituencies.

Peter Partee, Michael Wilson, Richard Norton, Scott Bernstein and Thomas Jamerson are debtor counsel.
