going to bat for the City of Atlanta and the Atlanta Falcons’ new stadium, Matt Calvert explained to the Georgia Supreme Court justices that “the new stadium will promote tourism, stimulate the economy and provide thousands of jobs” and that the partial financing of the stadium with revenue bonds would comply with Georgia’s Constitution and Development Authorities Law.
