National Law Journal Names Ann Marie Mortimer a Litigation Trailblazer

Los Angeles partner Ann Marie Mortimer was named among the 2017 Litigation Trailblazers by The National Law Journal, which spotlights 25 litigators nationwide who are making a difference in the fight for justice. Ann Marie is Managing Partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office and heads its energy and environmental litigation practice. With a 20-year record of courtroom success, Ann Marie has helped clients navigate successive waves of high-stakes class action litigation from a state—California—that often leads national trends. Her practice is cross-disciplinary and includes significant business and class action consumer claims litigation experience, as well as environmental, CERCLA and toxic tort multi-party litigation. Her recent focus has been defending class actions based on data breaches and food and product labeling for some of the biggest name brands.
