New York Real Estate Journal Names Doug Hoffmann Among 2024 Ones to Watch Rising Stars

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP partner Douglas Hoffmann was named to New York Real Estate Journal’s 2024 list of Ones to Watch Rising Stars, an annual compilation of individuals in the commercial real estate industry who, through recent accomplishments, have demonstrated the potential to become a leader within their organization.

A partner on the firm’s real estate team, Hoffmann’s practice focuses on representing commercial real estate owners, developers, investors, private equity funds and institutional REITs in structuring and closing all types of real estate transactions. He is experienced in advising on joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, developments, financings, development rights or “air rights” transactions, and portfolio transactions. Hoffmann also represents major institutional lenders in mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings.
