At a post-election press briefing sponsored by Hunton & Williams' Centre for Information Policy Leadership, Marty Abrams and Fred Cate told the reporters that privacy and information security will be an important part of the regulatory, policy and legislative agenda going forward.

Abrams is Executive Director of the Centre and Cate is the director of the Center for Applied CyberSecurity Research at Indiana University and senior policy adviser at the Centre.
