Kimpel says, “The agency … is likely to take a vacancy in stride without interruption to Ms. White’s game plan.” Kimpel previously served as counsel to former US Securities and Exchange Commissioner Troy A. Paredes, advising the commissioner on all aspects of federal securities laws and SEC policy.
