In its Argument Preview column, SCOTUSblog predicts that the Supreme Court “more likely than not” will follow the views of the Solicitor General in the upcoming argument of Lozano v. Alvarez, a case arising under the Hague Convention and to be argued tomorrow by Hunton & Williams partner Shawn Regan. Hunton & Williams’ position, in favor of equitable tolling on the question presented, is supported by an array of international and domestic interest groups, scholars and practitioners who have filed amicus briefs on the docket.
