Wisconsin Gas LLC’s (“Wisconsin Gas”) Private Placement of $200 million Aggregate Principal Amount of Debentures

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the purchasers in connection with Wisconsin Gas LLC’s (Wisconsin Gas) private placement of $200 million aggregate principal amount of debentures due 2025.

Wisconsin Gas is a public utility engaged in the distribution of natural gas throughout the state of Wisconsin and is regulated by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. Wisconsin Gas served approximately 614,000 natural gas customers in Wisconsin. Wisconsin Gas is a wholly owned subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, Inc., which is also the parent company of Wisconsin Electric Power Company, an electric, gas and steam utility serving customers in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
