Among the many ways COVID has impacted our lives, it changed the way we work. Day-to-day, face-to-face interaction has given way to remote work, and in-person meetings have given way to conference calls and zoom meetings. Many individuals decided to leave the work force, and the types of benefit programs that were important to employees has dramatically changed. What’s more, the employee workforce in our country is now comprised of multiple generations with very different work styles, priorities and desires. And, baby boomers are retiring from the workforce at significant rates. All of this creates significant challenges for human resources and benefits professionals. In this webinar, a panel comprised of human resources professionals, consultants, recruiters and legal specialists will discuss these challenges. Topics will include how to attract, retain and motivate a diverse workforce, succession planning strategies, phased retirement, and retaining invaluable legacy data and information.
