This webinar will cover the state of DEI one-year after the UNC/Harvard decision wherein the Supreme Court ended the use of affirmative action in higher education. While the UNC/Harvard decision applied to higher education institutions, it has been interpreted as providing a window into how the court will analyze DEI in employment law. In its wake, there have been developments in DEI which could have ongoing effects going forward.
